Sugar-Crazed Muffins


Ingredients for the recipe:
- 150 g of butter
- 200 g of Terre Exotique's crazy sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 300 g of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- A pinch of powdered vanilla
- 180 g of dark chocolate shavings or milk chocolate
- 300 g of flour
Methods:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Cut your chocolate into shavings and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all your ingredients, then add the chocolate last.
- Next, butter your muffin molds, then add the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 180°C oven.
- Let them rest for 10 minutes before unmolding.
