Ingredients for the recipe:

• 2 cloves of garlic
• 5 tablespoons of Terre Exotique Lesbos olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of Terre Exotique Aleppo chilipepper 
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 teaspoon of Terre Exotique Sarawak black pepper
• 1 tablespoon of Terre Exotique Garum of the Loire 

Steps:

1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and garum.
2. Add the minced garlic, Aleppo chilipepper, and sarawak black pepper.
3. Mix well and serve!
