Lebanese Zathar Hummus


Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500g of canned or fresh chickpeas;
- 50g of lemon juice;
- 30g of Terre Exotique olive oil;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 2 tablespoons of Terre Exotique tahini;
- 1 teaspoon of Terre Exotique zathar seasoning blend;
- 1 teaspoon of Terre Exotique paprika;
- 2 pinches of Terre Exotique sea salt.
Methods:
- In the bowl of a blender, put the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, sesame paste, spices, and salt.
- Blend everything together until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous cream.
- Serve in a bowl decorated with a pinch of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil, accompanied by slices of bread or Lebanese bread.
