Cucumber and Feta Salad

Ingredients for the recipe:


  1. Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds, and cut them as desired.
  2. Then, let them drain using Halen Môn sea salt. Once drained, add your cucumbers to a salad bowl along with 1 container of feta cheese.
  3. For the dressing, drizzle some oil from the feta, add 2 tablespoons of Terre Exotique tabbouleh spice blend, and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
  Chef's tip: To garnish, you can add a few fresh mint leaves.
