Royal curry vegetable crumble


Ingredients pfor the recipe:




  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (th 6).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced onion and chopped garlic, and sauté for a few minutes until tender and translucent.
  3. Add the carrots, zucchinis, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook the vegetables for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the crumble. In a bowl, mix the flour and diced butter until you get a sandy texture. Then, add two tablespoons of royal curry Terre Exotique and mix well.
  5. Spread the cooked vegetables evenly in an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the vegetables.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the crumble is golden and crispy.
  7. Once cooked, remove the crumble from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. You can enjoy it as a side dish with meat or fish, or as a main course with a green salad.
