Chocolate tart with frost salt

CHOCOLATE TART WITH FROST SALT

Serves 6 |Easy| Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE TART WITH FROST SALT

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 25cl cream
  • 60g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ready-made shortcrust pastry
  • 1 teaspoon frost salt

PREPARATION

  1. Roll out the shortcrust pastry, place in a pie dish and put in the oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over a gentle heat in a saucepan with cream.
  3. Add the sugar, continue to whisk.
  4. Add the eggs one by one continuing to whisk.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie dish.
  6. Bake for about 20 mins.
  7. Sprinkle your chocolate tart with a teaspoon of frost salt.
  8. Indulge!
