CHOCOLATE TART WITH FROST SALT

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE TART WITH FROST SALT
- 200g dark chocolate
- 25cl cream
- 60g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 ready-made shortcrust pastry
- 1 teaspoon frost salt
PREPARATION
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry, place in a pie dish and put in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over a gentle heat in a saucepan with cream.
- Add the sugar, continue to whisk.
- Add the eggs one by one continuing to whisk.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie dish.
- Bake for about 20 mins.
- Sprinkle your chocolate tart with a teaspoon of frost salt.
- Indulge!
