Chia seed breakfast bowl

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt and the desired amount of chia seeds. Let rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Then add the natural brunch, fruits (such as banana and raspberries), and for extra indulgence, a few pieces of dark chocolate.
  • For a sweet touch, drizzle a bit of agave syrup over the top just before serving.
