Ceviche of cod with crushed smoked black pepper 

Ingredients for the recipe:

Preparation:

  • Start by cutting the cod fillet into small, regular cubes in a deep plate or bowl;
  • Cut the lime in half and add its juice to the plate;
  • Then pour in 2 tablespoons of coconut milk;
  • Thinly slice half a red onion;
  • Add 2 pinches of crushed smoked black pepper and a pinch of Guérande fleur de sel. Mix well.
  • Chop the coriander and dill roughly. Add these to the marinade to give flavor and freshness to the ceviche.
  • Slice the blood orange and arrange it on the plate. Sprinkle with a few pomegranate seeds, raspberries, and petals from the Terre Exotique flower salad;
  • It's ready!
