Ceviche of cod with crushed smoked black pepper

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 fresh cod fillet
- 1 lime
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 1 red onion
- Crushed Smoked Black Pepper
- Guérande Fleur de Sel
- A few sprigs of fresh dill
- A few sprigs of fresh coriander
- 1 orange
- 1 pomegranate
- A few raspberries
- Flowers blend
Preparation:
- Start by cutting the cod fillet into small, regular cubes in a deep plate or bowl;
- Cut the lime in half and add its juice to the plate;
- Then pour in 2 tablespoons of coconut milk;
- Thinly slice half a red onion;
- Add 2 pinches of crushed smoked black pepper and a pinch of Guérande fleur de sel. Mix well.
- Chop the coriander and dill roughly. Add these to the marinade to give flavor and freshness to the ceviche.
- Slice the blood orange and arrange it on the plate. Sprinkle with a few pomegranate seeds, raspberries, and petals from the Terre Exotique flower salad;
- It's ready!
