Ingredients for the recipe:


  1. In a bowl, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the Yuzu Ponzu sauce, 5 chopped basil leaves, and the crushed Kampot red pepper.
  2. Mix well and let it sit while you grill the bread slices.
  3. In a pan, melt a knob of butter and add your bread slices. Toast both sides and then remove from heat.
  4. Spread each slice with burrata cheese, drizzle with olive oil, add the cherry tomato mixture, a few fresh or dried basil leaves, and finish with a zest of lemon.
  5. Enjoy!
