Bruschettas
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 150g of cherry tomatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of Yuzu Ponzu Umami sauce;
- 1 bunch of fresh basil or chopped Terre Exotique basil;
- 2 pinches of Kampot IGP red pepper;
- 4 slices of country bread;
- 1 knob of butter;
- 1 drizzle of Terre Exotique Lesbos olive oil;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 burrata cheese;
- 1 lemon.
Methods:
- In a bowl, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the Yuzu Ponzu sauce, 5 chopped basil leaves, and the crushed Kampot red pepper.
- Mix well and let it sit while you grill the bread slices.
- In a pan, melt a knob of butter and add your bread slices. Toast both sides and then remove from heat.
- Spread each slice with burrata cheese, drizzle with olive oil, add the cherry tomato mixture, a few fresh or dried basil leaves, and finish with a zest of lemon.
