Thai Salmon Soup






  1. Cut the salmon fillets into pieces.
  2. Clean and thinly slice the button mushrooms and the white part of the leek.
  3. In a pot, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced leek and sauté until tender.
  4. Add the mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Pour the coconut milk into the pot. Add the salmon pieces.
  6. Infuse the ARIAKÉ Thai bouillon sachets in 1 liter of hot water and pour into the pot.
  7. Season with salt and Tellicherry Black Pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer until the salmon is cooked.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious Thai Salmon Soup!
