Foie Gras Crème Brûlée


Ingredient for the recipe:
- 90g of foie gras,
- 125g of heavy cream (crème fleurette),
- 75ml of milk,
- 2 egg yolks,
- 1/2 teaspoon of foie gras spice blend
Methods:

In a blender, add all the ingredients, blend, and pour the mixture into oven-safe dishes.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 95°C (thermostat 3), with convection heat.
