Foie Gras Crème Brûlée

 

Ingredient for the recipe:

  • 90g of foie gras,
  • 125g of heavy cream (crème fleurette),
  • 75ml of milk,
  • 2 egg yolks,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of foie gras spice blend
  •  

Methods:

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients, blend, and pour the mixture into oven-safe dishes.

  2. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 95°C (thermostat 3), with convection heat.
